The handle was totally broken and missing and you did a wonderful job of not only creating a new handle, but also painting the pattern onto it. You kept me informed every step of the way on the project and returned the pitcher to me in a quick timeframe. I love it and it is now the centerpiece of my collection. I have been working with Daniel for several months on the restoration of a gorgeous flow blue set I purchased from England. Daniel was not only a very honest, professional man...he did the most amazing work on the flow blue set. Unfortunately I had to sell the set in order to pay for the restoration (please see Mike Duvenik's comments as he was the purchaser of the lovely set).

I am very pleased with the prompt and professional work on my items. The repairs were carefully matched as to color and texture, and were invisible. The cleaning was very exacting.
